Hi my name’s Jana Danielson, I am the inventor of the Cooch Ball and founder of Lead Pilates and Lead Integrated Health Therapies.

I have devoted my life to empowering women to regain their strength and feel confident in their bodies.

It all started when I was in my early 20s, I suffered from digestive pain that left me in constant misery.

I also had chronic pain that was not contained to just
one part of my body. Every single part of me ached.

I was in complete agony…

It was the kind of pain that consumes you – changing your posture, restricting your breathing, keeping you up all night dreaming of relief.

I spent hours with various doctors trying to get to the bottom of my symptoms.

Their solution was always another medication, never a diagnosis – no explanation as to why I was feeling this way.

And after two years of juggling the side-effects of the different meds I was on and never finding any real relief, my doctors decided the pain was “all in my head”…

I wanted my life back.

That’s when I found Pilates, and it completely changed my life.

Now, for my update — I am on day 3 of my Cooch Ball and can definitely feel “the feeling” — if that make sense! My physiotherapist is looking forward to seeing my progress at my next apt.
